Jajiga — Accommodation Booking Platform
I optimized Jajiga’s queries and backend, and rebuilt its search feature as an independent Laravel microservice.
What I worked on
At Jajiga, I worked on backend and database bottlenecks that caused problems under heavy traffic. I optimized queries and improved the backend architecture to reduce the load on the servers.
I rewrote the core search feature as a dedicated Laravel microservice, so it could respond faster and operate independently of the main application.
Working with the frontend and DevOps teams, I helped increase the platform’s capacity from about 3,000 to more than 50,000 concurrent users.
