Cezve — Cafe Management Platform
I built Cezve, a Persian right-to-left platform that runs a cafe end to end: QR ordering and payment, kitchen printing, inventory, profit, staff, and menu design.
What I worked on
Cezve started from a practical question: how many separate tools does a cafe actually need? Orders, payments, printing, stock, staff, and the menu usually live in different places. I built one Persian, right-to-left panel that covers the full day’s work instead.
Guests scan the QR code on their table, browse a menu with photos and prices, and order and pay without installing anything. Payments run through Zibal and collect in the cafe’s wallet, which the owner settles to a bank account; a cafe that only wants a digital menu can switch ordering off and keep the same page.
Behind the counter, orders print on thermal 58 mm or 80 mm ESC/POS printers directly from Chrome or Edge, with several printers at once and rules such as sending only drinks to the bar. Inventory falls with each sale and removes a dish when an ingredient runs out, while purchase prices, average cost, and waste feed a real profit view by day, week, and month.
The rest of the platform covers staff accounts with limited access and QR-based attendance with shifts and monthly reports, recurring operation checklists, customer files with loyalty and credit sales in installments, and 30-day menu analytics. Owners can also change the menu layout and colours, design a QR code per table, and refer other cafes with a referral code.
